Summary of Quarter #4
We give glory to God for guiding us through the final quarter of 2025. This quarter, we've experienced powerful moments of worship, deeper connection, and spiritual growth.
We started October with our now-regular monthly fasting and prayer session on the first Sabbath. Although we did not formally observe the broader October Fasting and Prayer emphasis across Ghanaian churches in the Netherlands, we joined in spirit and continued to seek God earnestly as a church.
Service Related Activitie
In November, we started a month filled with spiritual emphasis. After opening the month with another prayer and fasting Sabbath, we took part in the Mission Possible! training organized by the Dutch Union. Our members Desmond and Suzanna joined other church planters across the Netherlands to learn more about mission funding, leadership, and upcoming initiatives.
We were spiritually uplifted during our Revival and Reformation Week under the theme “From Thrones to Hearts” , led by Pastor Agyei Boadu from the South Central Ghana Conference.
Harvest & Financial Literacy
We also held our first-ever Financial Literacy Sabbath, featuring guest speaker and Dutch Union treasurer, Rozita Panneflek, who gave valuable insight into Christian stewardship and financial wisdom.
A special highlight was our long-anticipated Thanksgiving Harvest Sabbath. With many visitors present, we were honored to have the Union President, Pastor Rob de Raad, preach a powerful message of hope. Our church responded with joyful giving and a heart of gratitude.
Manual Week
Finally, we closed the year in December with a Church Manual Week , led by Pastor Godfred (Amsterdam & Almere Ghana), equipping us with practical knowledge for church organization. We ended with a beautiful 13th Sabbath celebration, where both youth and adults recited memory verses, a fitting close to a fruitful year.
