Summary of Quarter 2
We thank God for His continued guidance and blessings throughout the second quarter of 2026. As a church plant, we remain encouraged by the unity, commitment, and spiritual growth being demonstrated by our members. While this quarter was relatively quieter compared to the first quarter, it was nonetheless filled with opportunities for learning, prayer, fellowship, and preparation for future mission activities. We remain grateful for the faithfulness of members who continue to support these prayer initiatives.
Church Planting training
One of the major highlights of the quarter was the participation of our church representatives in ACTS Module 2 , organized by the Netherlands Union in Huis ter Heide. Elder Albert Ohene, Pastor Godfred Asamoah, Joel Barnnor, and Suzanna Otiwaa represented our church plant during this important leadership development program. The training focused on moving from vision to action , disciple-making, strategic planning, identifying community needs, measuring ministry effectiveness, and developing practical next steps for church growth.
Global Adventurer Day
The theme for the 2026 World Adventurer Day was "Walking with Jesus". Our Adventurers, with support from the Pathfinders, organized the entire service. It was a blessing to see the young ones participate fully in church activities with minimal support. We were blessed by the message of Pastor Tabitha Canceido.
We also continued our visitation ministry, reaching out to former members and friends who have not been worshiping with us regularly. Through prayer, fellowship, and encouragement, we seek to maintain meaningful connections and remind everyone that they remain part of God's family. These visits continue to be an important aspect of our mission as a church plant.
Church Missions
As we look ahead, our attention is increasingly turning toward our planned Health Evangelism Campaign in September. We believe this initiative will provide a valuable opportunity to serve our community while sharing practical health principles and the message of hope found in Christ. We encourage every member to pray earnestly for this upcoming campaign and to seek the guidance of the Holy Spirit as we prepare to reach others through service and evangelism.
